The home has THREE Primary Suites + bunk room and is made for entertaining with expansive indoor and outdoor living, dining, kitchen, and grilling areas all with incredible views of Lake Travis.  
  
This lake house retreat has all you need to make you the hero with a trip that will live up to be \`One For The Record Books\`.   
  
The home enjoys expansive and open living areas with comfy couches, chef\`s kitchen and dining room that can comfortably host the entire group. Incredible design allows that every room has an 180 degree view of the lake from sunrise to sunset.  
  
The expansive inside opens to a huge balcony on the main floor that will have you spending your days and evenings enjoying the lake breeze from the covered outdoor living, dining, and grilling areas.   
  
Steps below the home towards the breathtaking views of the lake is a large lower yard with a Heated plunge Pool, large covered gazebo, and fire pit. The walkway continues down to the water edge and large dock on deep water for boating and jet skis. Point Venture Private Park is three blocks away and is a beach paradise with 50+ acres of sandy peninsula and the deepest Boat Launch on the lake that has year-round access to boating. You can rest assured that this Lakehouse will always have deep water to launch and dock your boat.  
  
Four Bedroom (9 beds) has three ensuite \`primary\` Bedrooms/baths that are spacious and equipped with king sized beds that open to covered balconies with 180 degree views overlooking Lake Travis.  
  
The lakefront house is great for hosting large family and friend gatherings. Dining area sits 14 with additional seating on patio. The house comfortably sleeps 12 and can accommodate additional guests upon request. All four bedrooms have balconies with views of Lake Travis and three bedrooms with large ensuite bathrooms and king sized beds. Two bedrooms and bathrooms are on the main level and include an ADA compliance bathrooms/shower, kitchen, living, dining kitchen, and office areas.   
  
The house sits on an acre of land that gently slopes to a pebble/sandy beach and year round access to deep water. The large floating dock offers the perfect jumping off spot for lake adventures and is equipped with Hydro Hoist Boat Lift that can accommodate up to a 24\` V drive or direct drive boat. The 50 acre park is blocks away with the deepest water boat ramp on Lake Travis.   
  
Main living area: Open floor plan with 180 degree views of the lake with easy access to outdoor living on large covered deck. The main living room has a brand new large and comfy sectional couch that provides plenty of room for entertaining and watching movies. 60 inch HDTV Smart TV, Sonos sound system and turntable. Stream Netflix, Disney+, YouTube TV, HBO Max, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and Spotify.  
  
Kitchen: A chef\`s dream kitchen large enough the entire family can enjoy. Stainless-steel appliances. Kitchen is fully stocked, convection oven, microwave, cooking range and farm style sink, two coffee machines and espresso machine. Sonos zone in kitchen.   
  
Outdoor living: Your front-row to 180 degree views of Lake Travis to enjoy the beautiful Texas sunrise and sunset over the lake! The large covered deck is appointed with a new outdoor sectional and large dining table that overlook the lake. Enjoy the overhead fan, Sonos sound system and large Weber gas grill.   
  
Game Room - Large room with pool table, foosball table, air hockey, 65 inch HDTV, Sonos surround, brand new large sectional couch, reclining chair, bean bags, cocktail tables with bar stools. Stream Netflix, Disney+, YouTube TV, HBO Max, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and Spotify.

Deep water boat ramp at 50 acre park just blocks away. Park is a peninsula with great beaches, oak trees, Frisbee golf, and large playscape. We offer access to our private dock on property - a huge bonus for enjoying the lake.

Rachel and the SPRKhost team make things as easy as possible for our guests and that includes communication. We will provide a welcome email in advance of your stay and another one with the code to keyless entry front door the morning of your stay.

The house is located in Point Venture, a large private gated community on Lake Travis with golf course , 50 acre park on a peninsula with beaches, sandbars and deep water boat ramps, marina, pool, and gym.  
  
Car, boat, golf cart, bike, or walk are all great ways to get around Point Venture. Point Venture is a destination and best to travel here by car, but limo and ride share can be arranged.  
A. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. No parties.  
B. All guests shall abide by SPRKhost’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.  
C. Pets are not permitted unless specifically preapproved by the SPRKhost.   
D. Renter must be at least 25 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if different). Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  
E. No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the premises.  
F. No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property without preapproval by SPRKhost. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.  
G. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.  
H. No fireworks on premises at any time.  
  
I. No glitter, silly string, tape on walls for decoration, water balloons or hair dye  
  
J. Please let us know if anything is broken as soon as possible. SPRKhost will make a reasonable effort to resolve any issues with the home or amenities located on the property.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

This home and location is superb. Quiet and peaceful, the location is serene with deer walking around and peaceful lake. Home is extraordinary. Beautifully appointed with high end amenities including good kitchen supplies and small appliances plenty of soap trash bags toilet paper (the good kind). Host was super responsive and helpful in finding local treasures for outings. Definitely will be back.

Wow, what a wonderful place to stay! The view was amazing like a picture from Europe. We enjoyed using the fire pit and swim spa nightly. The living spaces were perfect. And they accommodated our every need. I would like to stay again in the future.

Great stay. Our family friends had a wonderful time at this home. The kitchen was well stocked and the game room added extra fun at the end of the day. Plenty of space for everyone. We spent most of our time on the lake. we brought our boat and had easy access to the nearby launch. We would stay here again.

The house has a great layout, open kitchen, entertaining area, plenty seating indoors and outdoors. It was Nice to have three bedrooms with private bathrooms. The views are beautiful and the lake access is better than most especially when the lake levels are low. It was a gentle slope to walk to the lake. There is access to the point venture park for 1 vehicle and it is strictly enforced. The park has great sandy beach lake access, we spent a day there and the other day on pontoon boat. Rachel and her team were responsive and pleasant. We would stay here again! Enjoy

Our family get together was so relaxed because there were lots of places to unwind and gather as a group! We enjoyed the nice big kitchen, the back deck and the game room. The view topped off the tranquil days.

#### Wonderful views and outdoor settings, great home

Four couples from our family stayed here for a week in late October. Rachel was really great to work with, and the home is as nice as pictured. In particular, the back patio/deck was huge and covered, and we ate our meals at the large table every night we stayed in. The view is really good from this property, and it was lovely to sit and read on the sectional out there. Note that the pool is more like a really large hot tub, but it is a lap pool with a water stream on one end. For our purposes it worked great, and it has a nice structure covering it in case it's raining. Inside was great -- really comfortable beds and furniture. Huge and functional kitchen. If you're considering staying here and occassionally heading into Austin (which we did), just keep in mind that this is on the northern side of Lake Travis and there's no bridge to shorten the trip into town. It takes about an hour to get around the northeast side of the lake to downtown Austin. On the other hand, it was a nice location to access hill country and wineries on the west. Thanks, Rachel!

We really liked this house, the view from the balcony, the location, the game room, and the very nice kitchen with upscale appliances. The house was open and spacious! We spent a lot of time on the huge balcony. It was so relaxing with a great view of the lake.

The house was exactly as pictured. Our teens loved having the game room for their own space to hang out. The Sonos system throughout the house and deck were awesome and super easy to use. The best feature was the boat lift which allowed us to keep our boat on the water so we could spend long days on the lake without trailering every night!

This was by far the cleanest property we’ve rented. Everything we could need or want was available, even things we’d never thought about! I highly recommend this place it is a lovely home the veiw was amazing. My family fall in love with the place no one wanted to leave .the perfect get away. Will have to revisit in the summer next time around. Highly recommend two 👍up.
