HOUSE RULES •Do not contact the leasing office for any reason. While we operate legally and with the building's permission, we're fully responsible for taking care of our guest. Please reach out to us for anything you need. \* No Smoking of ANY KIND in the unit. (Only permitted outside the house.) A smoking fee of $1000 will be charged to your card if any evidence of smoking is found inside. \* No Shoes inside the property. \* No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays \* No Extra/ Overnight Guests. (Have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) \* Verification form is required to be filled out once reservation is confirmed. Guests must provide a photo ID as part of our verification steps \* No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged with me ahead of time) \* No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture. Violations of these rules will be handled according to the terms of your agreement. \* ⁠Events occurring outside the walls of our house are beyond the control of the Host. •Damage Waiver OR Security Deposit: As part of our booking policy, we require a refundable security deposit of $300 or a damage waiver fee of $35 non refundable to cover any unforeseen incidents. This must be paid before your check-in. \* ⁠The Guest agrees to allow our maintenance and cleaning staff to enter the property during their stay to address any issues.
