The three bedroom suite sprawls the entire ground floor of a vertical duplex in our favorite neighborhood, Rosedale. Please note the backyard is a shared space. Enjoy the convenience of a walkable neighborhood -blocks from trendy Burnet Road- with some of the best local restaurants, drinks and shops close by. The doorknob to the property was extremely loose, and the curtain rod above the bed in one of the rooms was coming off the wall. The tub seemed old and in need of a deep clean, and one of the towels I pulled was stained. Not worth the price I paid.
