This 3 story home boasts floor to ceiling windows, luxury amenities, chef’s dream kitchen, pool oasis, spa bathroom, and walking/biking distance to downtown, festival grounds, and sports venues. Located in the sought-after Bouldin Creek neighborhood, just one block from the infamous “Welcome to Austin” mural! This new construction, modern farmhouse design has 3 floors. The ground level is an open-concept design with a chef’s kitchen, dining area, and living area with sliding doors that open up to the pool area. The modern kitchen has the island of your dreams, a Wolf range, a SubZero refrigerator, and is stocked to the brim with cookware, spices, coffee & accompaniments. The second floor features the primary suite with a vaulted ceiling, a king-size bed, a luxurious double shower, a grand walk-in closet, and sliding glass doors that lead to a balcony sitting area overlooking the pool that has city views in the winter months. The second floor also offers a guest bedroom and full bathroom. The third-floor suite is comprised of a large bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom with a shower. Located in the sought-after Bouldin Creek neighborhood, you’ll be walking distance from South First and South Congress shopping/eateries and a 5-minute ride share to the rest of Austin’s popular areas. Guests will have full access to the home, private pool, and backyard. There are two dedicated, off-street parking spaces with alley access.
