We enjoyed the large outdoor space. Check in was easy, and the property managers were very quick to respond when we had an issue with one of the freezers. Unit B was great. Unit A was not. It had a very unpleasant smell as soon was we opened the door. We located 2 cans of air deodorizer and sprayed them. No help. We could not locate the cause of the smell. The washing machine had a huge amount of mold on the door and standing water inside. It was leaking onto the floor upstairs.It was not usable and smelled awful. It was reported but was not addressed until the next day. They just shoved towels in front of it. Bath towels were crunchy. Several maintenance issues such as outlets not working, back door had a handle issue which made it very hard to open. The duplex setup made it easy to maintain privacy, and the backyard was a nice place to hang out as a group. Nothing fancy but all that you need! Great location off Mopac in central Austin.
