My only complaint would be that the front desk assistance is inconsistent, because I called a day before to be respectful of the hotel and ask about early check in process. They charged me $40 for early check in after 1P, it would have been $75 before 1P. But when I went to check in, a couple walks in and asks for the same and got the early check in at no charge.
