SLEEPING QUARTERS
4 bedrooms, 5 queen beds - everyone gets a real bed (no fighting over who’s on the couch). We also provide 2 travel cribs for your little ones.
3.5 bathrooms - plenty of space for everyone to get ready at once.
Cozy, stylish rooms give you a quiet retreat after long days by the pool or late-night shuffleboard showdowns.

Two dining rooms give you options—one perfect for family-style meals, the other with a record player and a collection of vinyls so you can set the vibe while you eat or hang out. Outdoors, the kitchen, grill, and firepit seating make it just as easy to take the experience outside.

Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the entire property - including both backyards, all living spaces, and every bedroom and bathroom - with the exception of the garage, which will remain locked.
Important Note
This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout the day, and remember that after 10 PM no sound should carry beyond the property line in line with City of Austin regulations.
