We love hosting respectful guests. Please read our rules carefully; violations will result in the fees listed below:
NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking inside. Any smoke odor detected will result in a $100 deep-cleaning fee.
NO PARTIES: Strictly enforced. Quiet hours must be respected.
NO PETS: Due to severe owner allergies, no animals are allowed. This is non-negotiable.
GUEST LIMIT: No unregistered guests allowed. Any unregistered guest will incur a $35 fee per person, per day.
CHECK-OUT: Checkout is at 11:00 AM. Unapproved late checkouts will incur a $50 fee.
POOL KEYS: If the community pool access key is lost, the replacement cost is $100.
EV CHARGING: Using house electricity for EVs incurs a $35/night fee.
