This striking, well-appointed vacation home is the large upper unit of a duplex in one of the more charming and quiet locations in Avalon. The first or master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has continental bunk beds, and the living room holds a queen sofa sleeper. This home offers an updated kitchen and dining area, 60 inch living room TV, a TV in each bedroom, and many updated amenities, which make this vacation home unique and comfortable. If required, heat is provided by three space heaters. No smoking, please. 315E Upper | | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).
