The kitchen features a breakfast table with French doors opening to a balcony with outdoor table and harbor views as well.

Walk down 15 steps to the next level and find the primary bedroom suite with full bath and small private deck, as well as two additional bedrooms and another full bath.

Walk down 15 more steps and walk through a sitting room to the fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed, 3/4 bath. This bottom level includes a private entrance and private balcony, plus washer/dryer are also on this level. A total of 2198 SQ feet. 130MT
