Magnificent Avalon Home on Front Street This is one of our best view properties, and it’s just a few steps to the front street of downtown Avalon! This home has been completely renovated and updated. Located right across from Avalon Harbor, this one bedroom home is the upper half of a duplex. It sleeps 4, with a queen bed in the bedroom, as well as 2 sofa sleepers in the living room. The large deck overlooks Avalon Bay and the harbor. The kitchen is well equipped, and the living room offers comfortable seating and a dining table for indoor dining or game nights. There are 36 steps up to this home, and the view is worth every one of them. Come and enjoy the “new” 718 Crescent! Really short walk to Avalon, the beach, lovers cove, the Ferry docks. The indoor space is small, really small. One bed in a room with no storage space, two pull out couches, so plan on having your luggage in the living room. Really important to keep in mind the Catalina Co.'s quite hours 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. everyone is supposed to be off their decks. So the greatest part of this place cannot be fully utilized 10 hours/day. The deck and views from the living room were absolutely beautiful. However the yelling and screaming from the public basketball court directly under the property was echoing up to the house. Jul 6, 2023 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Friends weekend get away Amazing location for a forever view. limited to zero contact to get help with issues - No TV all weekend (\*really just wanted a music channel for sound - no connection) Once arrived we found out we were given a "Starter kit" Be sure that you go shopping for toiletries. one would think paying over $1000\. a night you would be provided with the essentials. sheets were filthy and one pull-out bed was loaded with crumbs. lots of stairs to get to the front door - but was a good exercise for us ladies! ##### Margie L.
