This was the old Sonder in Montreal, meaning these are apartments, not a hotel. Everything was great aside from a stained sofa, and the fact that the units totally lack charm or design, even worse after dark as the lighting in the unit is very cold. Excellent location, great gym and pool/deck area. Uninterested, even if helpful when asked, entry staff (due to the fact this is not really a hotel they are only there to keep an uninterested eye on the door; they are not really looking forward to checking you in and be friendly as one would be in a hotel - it is an apartment building and the expectation is you check in yourself with an app/reservation). Great value if you are ok with that and know your way around Montreal.
