“I found a tick in the bed that bit me twice. The WiFi code was expired. The bed was hard as a rock. There was no land line to call the office. I had to go to the restaurant to communicate. The sausage at breakfast was horrible. I had to spit it out. I made them give me credit for the second night. I told them I was not going to stay there another night. They did credit me on that but should have reimbursed on the first night also but I didn’t ask them to do that .”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Drury Inn in O'Fallon. Our boys were able to swim each night. We enjoyed the breakfast (great variety and super helpful staff!) and also the dinner at happy hour. At one point, we couldn't get our key card to work and one of the ladies at the front desk took the time to help sort out the key issue by coming with us to the door to see why it wasn't working.”
