So I was forced to open the window and use the electric fan (when the staff handed me the fan, they did not even wipe off the dust, so it was very dirty.) By the way, as I had to open the window at night, I was annoyed by the noise of the terrible local motorbike gangs. Yet the location of this hotel is superb \~ opposite to the JR station and also a little shopping mall."
