"We arrived for breakfast at 9:30 am, and we were told by the staff member that breakfast was closed even though our voucher clearly stated the hours were 6:30-10:00am. When we pointed that out she allowed in but told us to hurry. Nearly all the food was gone in the buffet and they were not going to replenish it. At 9:45 the same staff member told us it was closed and asked us to leave. The hotel facilities seemed great but our interactions with the staff left us with a rude impression."

"Very conveniently located and the prices are great. Actually it is a good place for a "last night" in Tokyo prior to leaving from Haneda airport as the train (Terminal 3) systems get you into central Tokyo directly, and there are direct trains to Asakusa, and even Narita airport (but the journey to Narita may take about 2 hours). Amenities are very good and on Levels 1 and 2 of the property are a very nice mall with food as well. There is a convenience store on level 2 prior to the aerobridge connecting the airport terminal stocking a lot of last-minute items and souvenirs to prove that you actually went to Japan. 3 thumbs up.... (my friend added the 3rd thumb)"
