The room bathroom didn’t have locks on the door and/or it was broken (it was the same for other guests rooms, as we travelled with another family). The duvet comforter on the main bed had no cover, but only a sheet over it (which didn’t always stay in place). The murphy bed didn’t have a duvet/comforter on it and there was not one for it in the room, so we had to ask the front desk for one, which one was brought (yet it also had no cover). The hot tub was not that warm, and with it being the winter and it being located outside, it wasn’t very enjoyable. The pool was very small and often packed with guests. The game room had a very strong perfumed cleaning product smell, which made it overwhelming to stay in the room long. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful, yet the staff in the restaurant were a bit rude. Not sure if they were overwhelmed by the amount of guests, yet it could have been handled better. Also, for the cost of the hotel stay, it would have been nice if the rooms came with complimentary breakfast (the buffet breakfast was a bit expensive and didn’t include that much variety). Overall, not a hotel I would stay at again, but to each his own."
