"Didn’t use the gym or have breakfast as we had to be on the road early…but…the owner…AJ …was awesome. He met us on arrival, personally took our bags from the car park up two flights of stairs to our room….then, when we asked about where we could get a bottle of wine….he went to his own apartment and literally GAVE us a bottle of his own wine. We did reimburse him as we left, but that is indicative of the service. The room was a little small, but really tastefully done and the lounge on the floor was absolutely wonderful Five Stars"

"Got off to a bad start. We had booked a "secure" car park (for an extra $30) as we had a classic car. On arrival we were told that there were no secure car parks available. In addition their definition of secure is very different from ours and friends we have asked. We thought we would be getting something like an undercover or fenced car park. What they mean is you have a guaranteed car park outside among all the other cars. We didn't get either as it turned out. To their credit they did find us a car park although it was outside with all the others. Apart from that a very enjoyable stay. Nice room, great facilities, fabulous food. Would stay there again."
