“It was easy to park the car in the basement. However, I didn't like being assigned to an accessible room.”

“The room was cleaned quickly and efficiently. The personnel there is friendly and helpful. The church bell could be a problem, if you are a light sleeper, because they would ring out quite often, (although I had no problem, some of my friends had some problems). Overall, I really enjoyed our stay.”

“This hotel was further from Cochem than we hoped for. I booked two rooms for one night at least four months in advance requesting large windows that open. We got one room with a very tiny window only, and one room with a medium size window. The staff was very nice and apologized for not meeting my request saying "they didn't know how this happened". The hotel was full that weekend. At least the windows opened. Also, our room had a terrible smell. Apparently, the drain pipe in the middle of the……

“Room was cleaned, but there was no staff or other guests at the hotel while we were staying. No bedsheets clean up, no changed towels, no collect trash the bin, no drinking water in the room. It’s more like Air bnb not like the hotel. The good thing was the parking lots in front of the hotel. ”
