“ In the middle of literally nowhere (for me) but so peaceful and serene! I love the history of this monastery. I must say as a solo traveler I was a little nervous at first because it’s very remote. I saw maybe 3 cars in the parking lot and two other guests. But it was safe! Checked in and got a restaurant recommendation for Ristorante Conte Matto, ten minutes away in a small town. The food was excellent and my server was very friendly, even walked me out when I left. Definitely worth the……

“Buitengewoon mooie locatie Volledige privacy maar Castiglion en ander plaatsen zijn dichtbij. Heel fijn en ruim huis met een prachtige zeer goed onderhouden tuin. Het zwembad is niet alleen groot maar wordt ook bijzonder goed schoongehouden. Het contact met de verhuurder Vicenzo is uitstekend. Een absolute aanrader. Wij hebben voor volgend jaar weer geboekt hetgeen uitzonderlijk is voor ons omdat we ieder jaar graag iets nieuws ontdekken. ”

“There was 7 of us that stayed here at the end of June into July for 10 nights. This is better than the pictures show, the location was fantastic (you will ideally need a car to see Tuscany if not Arezzo train station has good links and is about 15 minute taxi journey away). The pool was a god send and better than we expected and is a really good size. The table tennis in the late afternoon shade provided good entertainment and house was fully equipped. Tolle Lage, umgeben von Olivenbäumen, unschlagbare Aussicht, traumhafte Ruhe, schöner Pool, 15 Minuten Spaziergang ins Dorf auf Schotterstraße (vorsicht bei tiefergelegten Autos).Im Haus ist WLAN, alle Geräte (moderne Waschmaschine/Trockner, moderner Kühl/Gefrierschrank, Gasofen/Herd, ...) und Heizung (Zentralheizung, Pelletofen und Kamin) vorhanden. Einige der vielen Steckdosen sind ohne Adapter mit Euro/Schuko-Steckern verwendbar.Sehr netter E-Mail Kontakt……

“We had a really good time at this property. Everything was very clean and it was well equipped for what we wanted. It was very hot whilst we were there, so the air con and pool were very much appreciated! The town itself has several decent restaurants (so no need to cook, if you dont want to!) and there are some local buses but a car is needed really to make the most of the wider surrounding area (including the beautiful pool).The owners were very welcoming and extremely helpful with any queries……
