“The breakfast was great. The location good. The lobby was nice. The room needed refresh -- the carpet was stained, the shower needed to be regrouted and recalked to eliminate the mildew fully. The towels were due for replacement.”

“The pool and beach area was wonderful. It was nice to be close to the water taxi to go to the old town area. We had a problem with our ac that was quickly addressed by the staff. We were close to a grocery store and also to the car ferry. Great experience!”

“The place was in a perfect location to the ferries, restaurants, swimming, and shopping. The host and staff are very gracious and helpful. The Bed was comfortable and spacious , and the shower was very warm and larger than you would expect for a European rental. We stayed on the third floor with no problem, but if you have trouble climbing stairs, I would request a lower unit because there are 42 steps to get inside.”

“Everything you might need for a family holiday is on site, the only exception being somewhere to shop for groceries, however there's a large supermarket within 100 metres of the site entrance. Both the pools and surrounding beaches are great and the 10 minute taxi ferry to the old town is an easy, and cheap, way to get around.”

“This was a nice option if you are looking for a more budget-friendly hotel. Certainly not fancy but decent for the price and good for families with young kids (there is a playground in front of the hotel that even has a small enclosed trampoline park for a small fee).
It is more dated for sure than the other places we stayed on our trip, the breakfast was decent but not over the top and we didn't eat any other meals on site.

“This hotel is in an excellent location, close to the ferries and the Old Town; yet, it is in a relatively quiet and very convenient spot. It was converted from a very old building. The room was small which is okay. However we felt form triumphed over function: the desk chair was too low if you want to use the desk for any writing purposes, the nightstand spaces attached to the bed were very small, the sink area is so tiny that it doesn’t have room for toiletries, and the sink itself is a glass……
