“We chose this hotel since it was offered at a good price on Expedia and had mostly positive reviews. We arrived about ten minutes early from the check-in time and the person at the front desk immediately gave us the keys, which we appreciated. However, when we entered the room, it was completely not ready for guests: the bed linen was crumpled up and scattered across the floor, the room appeared extremely messy and very unclean. What was the most upsetting part was discovering visible urine……

“Die Lage ist hier alles, sonst eher mittelmäßig. Empfang sehr nett, Zimmer lassen einige Renovierungen durchaus zu. Es gibt Bademäntel und Pantoffeln, was wir gut fanden, allerdings war der Pool und Whirlpool von einer Horde russischer Mitmenschen bevölkert, so hat die Nutzung keinen Spaß gemacht. Beleuchtung lief auf Sparflamme und die Sauna war verschlossen und dunkel. Auf Nachfrage sagte uns eine Angestellte, sie wäre nicht zuständig. Alles nicht sehr kundenfreundlich. Frühstück nicht toll,……
