"The property is dated, the grounds are well kept and the pool is inviting but very very cold. I was the only guest in the hotel. I booked online with no issue but when I checked in the owner insisted on cash only. I had the cash but not what I was expecting. There was not hot water to shower with. The bed is very old and uncomfortable you can feel every spring in the mattress. I would not recommend this hotel. "

"Excellent location just north of Bagan. Just a short walk to the Hot Air Ballooning ticket office. Peaceful location - and a great swimming pool with an infinity drop facing a stupa. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant and food very good with local Burmese dancing every night. Hotel is highly recommended. "

"We loved our stay at the hotel , location is the one of the best available in Bagan , with sunset , sunrise points near by , river side view & one of the most beautiful sunset views. Rooms were spacious & staff super courteous and helpful , breakfast spread was nice and dinners were also good, had a nice surprise on our anniversary from hotel staff, THANKS. Only opt for river view or lawn facing rooms . Pool side rooms are in need of renovation and do not have much of a view , do not recommend...

"Great location in old Bagan. Spacious room and a riverside restaurant with spectacular sunset view! The room is very spacious. But the bathroom needs to be repaired. The towels are worn and frayed. It was very cold during the night (end Dec)"

"Beautiful architecture, gardens, pool & spa. Owner and his wife were very friendly and inviting to local activities like festivals and holiday celebrations. Staff was very helpful especial manager Myo and ​Naing Tun (also our mini car driver). With all there help anyone will have a great first time excursion into Myanmar's Bagan, Old Bagan and sourounding areas like Mount Papa. If you come here the only thing you will have left to do is ENJOY!!!😄😄😄😄😄"
