“The hotel’s location was excellent, and both the service and hospitality were very good. We were traveling with children, and they welcomed us very warmly. As mentioned in other reviews, the facilities are somewhat old-fashioned, but they are well maintained. In fact, they matched the atmosphere of the town and felt like something out of a fairy tale.
The parking was easy, and it was convenient to walk to the city center. There was no complimentary bottled water, so if you prefer to avoid using……

“Lovely and very kind staff. Check in earlier, which was very good.
Spa and pool area was overcrowded and not so clean. A lot of children jumping and playing. The facilities were not as expected from a 4 star hotel. Saunas were out of order.
Had very good dinner and drinks and service though. Some areas of the hotel needed repair. ”
