“Amazing!! I never leave reviews but this placed saved us. Originally booked the nearby Hilton and it was so gross. Rebooked here and this place was so cute! So clean, new, the service and hospitality was amazing! The breakfast included was so good as well! One of our top stays for sure and hope to be back! ”

“This hotel is beautiful and everything about our stay was wonderful. Upon arrival, the young lady at the desk came outside and showed us where to find the parking lot. Check-in was quick and smooth. When we opened the door to our balcony room, we were wowed by what we the saw. The color scheme and decor in the room were so pretty. The bathroom was a good size and everything was spotlessly clean. “Absolut empfehlenswert. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Zimmer angenehm und schön eingerichtet. Gemeinschaftsküche für alle Pensionsgäste - sauber und ordentlich ausgestattet. Toller Garten. Parkplätze vorhanden. Super ruhige Umgebung. Spiele und Bücher vorhanden. Gartenlaube kann auch genutzt werden. Keine fünf Minuten nach Sibiu. ”

“Lovely and very kind staff. Check in earlier, which was very good. Spa and pool area was overcrowded and not so clean. A lot of children jumping and playing. The facilities were not as expected from a 4 star hotel. Saunas were out of order. Had very good dinner and drinks and service though. Some areas of the hotel needed repair. ”

It just is not a Hilton level of customer service… the conditioner bottle was empty, no hand soap, a smoking patio that was locked. It’s a decent place, just not what I expected. Plus the noise from the road was pretty intense (and I live in a loud city) ”
