Fiber optic internet access via the owners' box. Bed linen and towels provided. Bed made upon arrival. Baby equipment: travel cot and high chair available upon request. Private, unfenced outdoor space of approximately 60 m², with a gravel terrace and greenery, barbecue, and garden furniture. Flowery garden area. Private parking on site. Non-smoking property. A second 2-person gîte is available for rent on the property (ref. 16G31132). Breakfast available upon request (€8/person). A €50 Green Deposit (for waste sorting) is payable on arrival. Discount for stays of 2 or 3 consecutive weeks year-round. Greenway 300m away (Near the Scandibérique route). Located on a main street in the village of Baignes, a town of 1200 inhabitants, this ground-floor studio apartment is in a contemporary house. The price includes: Rental, kitchen linens, bed linens, towels, and utilities. The price does not include: Cleaning fee and tourist tax.
