“At first, we were surprised to find that the accommodation is attached to a senior residence. However, it turned out to be a really nice place to stay. The apartment was much bigger than we expected, clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the Cognac houses and the downtown area, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Unfortunately, the air conditioning broke down during our stay, but aside from that, we had a pleasant experience.”

“We had a very relaxed and enjoyable stay at Maison Chinsa. Samantha and Jamie were very welcoming and helpful hosts and we appreciated that they respected our privacy. The gite was very well equipped and we enjoyed the lovely garden - and all the birds!”

“We had an excellent stay at Gaelle/Simon's place. The apt is perfect for a short or long visit to Angouleme. We used the place for a couple weeks base camp while in the area.The apt has a full kitchen that we used quite a bit. There is also A/C for those warm days. The apt also has a bonus office room.The shower room is a good size and there is also a separate W/C that has an additional sink.There is a small TV with Netflix and local stations.It is up a full flight of stairs - we are seniors but……
