So they suggested that we pay hotel and get payback from hotels.com. Even they asked me to contact hotels.com and solve problems. I could not believe that that kind of thing is suggested by western brand hotel. Also the hotel building was a shoddy and faulty construction. Restroom was dirty. It was a truly awful stay.
