"Brilliant base from which to explore the forested North of Tenerife, just a short hop from picturesque Puerto de la Cruz and loads of good walks nearby. Good access to the main road by car, after the long switchback, but it was too much/long for a stroll to nearby La Matanza de Acentejo in the heat. Hosts Peter and Martina were friendly, but discreet and I couldn't speak more highly of their helpfulness. We had a fab one week stay."

"2 couples from Canada, stayed for a month. This was the perfect place for us. Outside Puerto de la Cruz however within walking distance. Local district had many places to eat and drink. Discount grocery was a short walk, butcher and fruit shops close by. Bus stop out front was nice for getting around. Solid charming working kitchen. Would love to return some day."

"This is such a charming place with great modern equipment and lots of love for details that made us feel really comfortable. Daniel (the host) shared many valuable hints to local restaurants and places worth visiting. We loved the tracking in the neighbourhood and the local market. "We had a fabulous stay in Tenerife. The top floor of this house is quiet, modern and has fantastic views. We slept comfortably and were happy with all of the utensils in the kitchen. "The crashing waves against the rocks, the view of the moon and stars late at night, and the serenity this place provides make this one of my favorite places to have stayed during our vacation trip. If you're looking to stay somewhere away from the city crowd, enjoy the ocean's sound, and are not afraid to walk a ways to your destination, this is the place to stay. I would suggest not bringing much stuff with you but instead taking only what you need. It is a small space."

"The hotel and its grounds are beautiful, and the location in Santa Cruz is perfect. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and I can’t say enough good things about our experience; the staff made us feel welcome and provided excellent and friendly service. The pool, spa, and workout facilities were beautiful and the view of the hills of Tenerife were stunning. We will recommend this hotel to our friends and family and are looking forward to coming back here again in the future!"
