“Although this hotel presents as a ‘boutique’ property, it really isn’t. Room was nicely decorated but very small. Complete lack of storage. One cupboard with 6 hangers. No drawers. Not enough space for two people to hang a weeks worth of clothing. Bathroom nice but small. Water took ages to heat up and floor flooded every time. Swimming pool looks nice but was freezing - the sun doesn’t hit it until the afternoon so always cold. Only a handful of sunloungers so this would be an issue in the……

“Our stay was perfect. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was a 5 minute walk down to the ocean/restaurant and beach bars. The included breakfast was also delicious. Great stay!”

“Hotel is a out of town (walkable distance) however while some may see is as negative I see it as a bonus. Hotel comes with private beach, sunbeams included in the price, seaview rooms. Hotel restaurant is absolutely outstanding. It had everything we needed for nice relaxing holidays.”

“this hotel has the potential of being a nice quiet, studio apt by the water except for the neighborhood barking dogs. there are 2 nearby residences that allow their dogs to bark day and night.the 1 starts barking and it gets the others going. so you have several dogs barking constantly. if it weren't for the dogs it would have been a very pleasant stay. the family owners lives on the property. there's an office but it's never open. check in time is 1300 and check out time is 0900. “The hotel is exceptionally clean, breakfast is lovely and hotel staff are lovely - especially the girl during the day who speaks very good english. Beach towel was good! The hotel is far from town so needed to take taxis and they were not cheap. The hotel staff at other hours do not speak english so have google translate on your phone but learning some basics like room key would be helpful. ”

“Has a secluded private beach. Were a young couple and took 30 minutes walk to saranda promenade- quite a up hill walk and has alot of character because of residents nearby and cemetery. We always passed a black labrador dog who is really friendly and polite. The room isn’t that modern but has everything you need: Aircon, Smart TV: Netflix/Youtube. The shower pressure is also great. One tip is if you don’t want them to clean your room, tell them directly. We had the DND sign but they still did it……

“Nice hotel close to the sea. Excellent pools that don’t get too busy and easy access to loungers. Decent bar and good food for lunch/dinner. Breakfast is limited in variety. Some excellent staff (Matty is a legend!). Area (not the hotel) is a little dirty - roads congested, parking is the Wild West, pavements blocked, lots of litter. Area is clearly still adjusting to being a holiday destination. But back to hotel - very comfortable and lots to recommend it.”
