Bakü'nün popüler alışveriş yeri olan Nizami Caddesi'nin bitişiğidir. Ayrıca tarihi mekanlara (İçeri Şehir gibi) ve deniz kenarına oldukça yakındır. Otel iki yıldızlı bir otel olarak görünüyor. Genel temizlik iyi seviyededir. Sabahları açık büfe kahvaltı verilmekte, ancak 7 ile 10 arasında verilen bu kahvaltı için erken gitmekte fayda var. Saat 9'dan sonra açık büfe kahvaltı çeşitlerinde azalma oluyor. Odalar ufak değil. Yüksek tavanlı, geniş odalar. Yatak ve yastıklar rahattı. Lakin odaların ses yalıtımı çok iyi değil. Personeli yardımcı, cana yakın, güler yüzlü. Netice olarak verilen ücretin karşılığını alabildiğiniz bir otel diyebilirim. Ben memnun kaldım. The location was superb and the staff genuinely helpful and willing to help. The hotel itself is obviously an historic building which could do with an update on the interior, however I enjoyed the unique quality of the building. I was fortunate to have a bedroom facing the back of the property which didnt face Freedom Square with the hustle and bustle of restaurants and cafes which were quite noisy during the late evening hours.
