There were cleanliness issues in the kitchen and there were roaches in the downstairs bedroom. (These are probably exceptions to the normal upkeep and owner was very apologetic.). There needs to be instructions for how to operate the TVs in each room. We finally contacted the owner so we could watch the TV in the den, but just gave up trying to work the two in the bedrooms. Also, you will be expected to start the laundry for linens before you check out. Check in process was very easy and the house was extremely clean upon arrival. One small thing was the internet didn’t connect to the tv so we ended up using our cell phone hot spot.
