“There was one dryer and one washer for 3 floors of guest...had to wait 3 hours just to dry clothes....they only had dark roast coffee in room and for breakfast...i don't drink dark roast....had pic of indoor pool it was outdoor Room was nice though...good thing Walmart was just 3 blocks away...”

“We booked 2 rooms for 2 days. There was a very strong odor of dog urine in the office. The owner/ receptionist had 3 dogs running around in there. The rooms were reasonably clean. However there were used false eyelashes and a couple of press on nails left on top of the microwave. The first day went well. The second day we went to the pool. There was an electrical outlet on the wall that my daughter plugged her phone charger into. There were no signs stating not to use outlet. The owner/……

“Very nice quiet spot if you’re looking for somewhere with amazing beach access and the pier/bar right next door is a huge plus! Booked this trip for an anniversary and having beach access at the hotel directly where it only took a few steps to be at the beach was wonderful! Very helpful staff too, definitely make sure to ask for food recommendations cause we got a stellar breakfast recommendation by the person at the front desk after we checked out! Definitely will be coming back the next time……

“directly on the ocean...we did not have a parking problem, but if they have a full house they have 18 spots and 26 rooms. so, beware. clean, crystal clear water in the pool. the outdoor fire pits were not functioning due to salt corrosion, per the front desk. about a mile walk to the boardwalk. nice fireworks show there every thurs. very close to the water. i would stay again.”

“The restaurant experience wasn’t pleasant. The bar staff seemed to act like we weren’t there. We had to go to the host to see where our server was after for about 15 to 20 minutes. We then had to ask about our food order because we were waiting almost an hour. They put someone else’s drink on our tab and all this happened and the restaurant was pretty dead. As for the room it is very minimalistic. The only good thing I have to say is the ac worked well. The shower felt like i could fall through……

“The room was super pretty and had some nice amenities to it. I will say we had to seep our floor when we checked it cause it was covered in sand and didn’t look like it had been swept or mopped. Also it took us 2 days to receive more towels but other than that beautiful place, very cozy”

“Property was good for the two nights we stayed. It could use a little maintenance, and it was mostly very clean, except for a dirty washcloth left in the shower and a little hair around the drain. The sink was very slow to drain, but it was a nice little room for just a couple of nights. The Keurig coffee maker in the common area was great- and they provide the coffee, sugar/sweetner, creamer (we did bring our own cream), and there are dog treats and bins with lots of personal items that someone……
