"There was no real areas for the storage of clothing. The rack for hanging clothes, fell off the wall with 10-15 pieces of hanging clothes. Better dressers or sturdy shelves need to be provided for guests that stay there for more than a few days."

"Proses check in out mudah dan cepat tanpa Deposite. Staff ramah. Kamar bersih, ac dingin ,shower kencang. Untuk minuman reffil sendiri dan di sediakan dispenser di tiap lorong. Likasi berada di pusat kota. Dekat dengan kuliner dan pusat perbelanjaan. Jika mau renang bisa ke sebelah di hotel novotel. Mantap deh!! "

"The check-in and check-out process was very easy and fast without a deposit. The FO gave me a room with a nice view, the sea and the pool. The room was clean, the AC was cold, the shower was very strong. but now they don't provide bar soap, shower cap, toothbrush in the bathroom but when you check in, they will ask for this and if you need it, they will give it to you. everything is ok, only the security in front of the lobby door must be alert if guests bring a lot of luggage. There is no need to ask whether they need help carrying the suitcase or not. I think it's better to just help directly without having to ask. Novotel Balikpapan, January 5, 2026"
