"Very practical equipment, there is all you need and therefore you can settle down very quickly and get used to the place fast. It is important if you really want to take a rest and do not run a big household in that time. We took too much with us so we just kept our bags with excessive stuff in a car trunk and preserved a character of orderliness inside. Wegen dreckiger Kopfkissen und Matratzenschoner wurde die NOVASOL - Hotline kontaktiert. Trotz der Zusicherung des Tausches der Wäsche erfolgte dieser in den zwei Wochen Aufenthalt nicht, was sehr schade wahr. Insgesamt war es aber ein schöner und empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt."

"Hej, Fordi man modtager et link fra Novasol, hvor 1 af fanerne man skal folde ud for at finde afhentningsstedet, gjorde at vi missede det og troede vi enten skulle afhente via nøgleboks ved lejligheden eller i en evt. reception på stedet. Heldigvis var Nina ved Novasol rigtig sød til at hjælpe. Men herudover var det umuligt for os at finde en liste over hvad man skulle medbringe (sengelinned, håndklæder etc.). Det burde være mere tydeligt. Tak!! /Mia & Jacob"
