This hotel needs serious improvements. The rooms are badly outdated, the shower leaks water, and there was mold in the bathroom. The hotel smelled of marijuana, and the pool water was cloudy and appeared to need cleaning. The food was terrible, and the staff seemed confused and unfamiliar with their own system, which made getting assistance frustrating. Overall, this was a disappointing stay. Cleanliness, maintenance, food quality, and staff training all need significant attention.

I stayed here for one night because I had to take my mom to St Joseph hospital the next day. The check-in receptionist was amazing on that day everyone was very helpful and friendly. The shuttle drivers was great especially the female driver. She was very friendly very helpful even show pictures of her dog. I love the location and will definitely book to stay here again because of the experience and hospitality of the workers at this hotel.

Thanks for a kind and helpful staff!!! I arrived late due to some flight delays. When I checked in, the front desk advised me that the kitchen was about to close, so I could just leave my rental car parked out front and go to the bar to order dinner so I didn't have to go without. The bar staff was very accommodating, took my order right away, provided me with a beverage while I waited, and boxed up the food so I could take it to my room and settle in.
