“Things we liked was the pool and the location to downtown Dubuque.
Things we didn’t like were the hard beds, the lack of choices for breakfast, the old school lock system on the doors, the smell of weed in the area of the rooms, the trash cans not emptied and the smell in the stair cases”

“The property is not maintained at all. Mold, mildew, bugs, dirty sheets and towels. Paid for 2 nights through Expedia and would not subject my family to the filth this place provided the second night. AC units do not cool down rooms and staff was not helpful or honest about the rooms. Since I booked with Expedia there was no cancellations or refund for the second night. Terrible experience with hotel and Expedia on compensation for the the hotel not holding up to acceptable staying conditions.”
