The property is located in city centre close to shops, restaurants, bars and station. The hotel is very basic, we were given a room which had a wet room. It was very basic and required a renovation and the floor took ages to dry. There was plenty of hot water. Our room was not cleaned or towels changed the three nights we stayed there. However I did notice on last day there was a hook for door to make room up. I didn’t realise it was there. There are no tea/coffee facilities in room but you can make a tea/coffee at reception. The two members of reception staff were very helpful.

"The place was very clean tidy and very comfortable with basic amenities. The location was superb just in front of shopping complex , close to bus stop and on the main road. The host was the best of it all going out of the way to make us comfortable and welcome"

"This was a nice hotel on an excellent location. The room was newly renovated. I would have given 5 stars but the breakfast let it down. Most of it was over done. Iv had buffet style breakfast at a lot of hotels. But bacon was solid as was black pudding and haggis. There was however a decent choice ..."
