Staff was helpful and breakfast was a welcome surprise. Rooms and bathrooms need to be updated and better maintained! Shower faucet sprayed water everywhere and it was obvious it was an ongoing problem with the wallpaper peeling off the wall.

Room 305. Broken electrical outlets (one on the right side of bed, the second is the multicord on the desk). Trash left on top of the armoire from previous occupant. Mold on shower ceiling. Shower head absolutely filthy. Corner soap holder poorly caulked. Refrigerator cabinet severely water damaged. Water damage, moisture retention, above window. Desk chair grossly stained. Front desk staff was very professional and a joy. Breakfast staff ran his area very well- organized, clean, and always stocked.

The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to get the food and make us feel comfortable. The hotel is kept clean and organized. However, we had to cut our trip short because we found the bed uncomfortable and woke up with severe body pains. Also, it would be nice to have a vending machine. There is a sign on the floor showing vending and ice but we found the ice maker only.
