The parking was behind the hotel in an area that looked unsafe. Seem like an old hotel. My furniture was old and the toilet water ran all night long.

This hotel is a perfect location to visit our family and friends. Unfortunately, the rooms are not maintained sufficiently. The first room we were assigned the heat would not go below 80 degrees and the second room we had to move to did not have a proper working faucet in the bathtub and there was a trick to get hot water. Traveling is exhausting and the last thing a patron wants is to have to call the front desk multiple times due issues with heat and hot water. The staff and manager were very friendly and accommodating but in my opinion, these things should be a non issue. Very disappointed with the Hampton line of Hotels this trip. This was the second facility we stayed in during our trip and we had similar issues as well. I hope this message gets to corporate management so they can improve their processes to identify issues pro actively to ensure everyone’s assigned room is in perfect working order for a pleasant stay. I have to think long and hard before staying at a Hampton again in the future.

Located in an odd lace but seemed safe. Room was nice and clean, constant coffee/hot chocolate bar was great! Breakfast was good. Hallways were very cold but room stayed nice and warm.
