This property was on target. Check in easy, clean hotel, quiet on a Thurs night at 3 am when my flight arrived and it didn’t disappoint. I’d choose it again if I needed a hotel close to the airport. It was my 2nd time staying there and both were as good as I expected. Don’t hesitate to choose it.

Check in process could have been much more expedient. Our room wasn’t very clean. Overall wasn’t impressed with this hotel. Although we have stayed twice before, we will not be staying at this location again. But I can say that the hostess in the dining room was very friendly and personable.

Stay was great. Met our needs. Shuttle starts at 4:30am, so if you need to get to the airport earlier than that, you need to plan on taking a taxi or use a ride share app.

Our room had a terrible mold smell which seemed to be coming out of the air conditioning unit. We arrived very late so we didn’t tell anyone until the morning to hopefully help the next guest. The lady at the front desk didn’t greet or even ask us about our stay but I told her politely how bad the smell was. She didn’t say a word. This happened during our last stay so I don’t think we will be back.

I had booked this hotel because our flight got cancelled due to weather, The airline found us a different flight an hour later so I cancelled the hotel, But because it was 10pm and after check-in time they would not give us a refund.

I loved that I booked last minute when we got stranded at the airport and the staff quickly arranged for a shuttle to pick us up. Our room was clean and comfortable and we had a nice breakfast provided by lovely staff members. The shuttle back to the airport the next morning was very prompt and pleasant.
