If you want to feel like a queen book the honeymoon suite. This is a quite a magical spot to watch the sunrise, wake up in a royal bed and soak in the jacuzzi.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The hotel has a very tranquil feel and is tucked into a quiet street, but it is still very close and walkable to everything you need. They have an afternoon tea time with snacks which is nice when you’re hanging by the pool. The pool was a nice temperature so I think they heat it slightly (I went in March) - I had heard other travellers say the pools at their hotel were too cold to swim in. The exercise room is minimal but they have dumbbells up to 10 kgs each and a basic weight machine and a few cardio machines. The included breakfast was nice with a lot of options. Overall if I ever went back to Chiang Mai I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is well maintained. It is walkable dustance to one nimman and affordable transport to other areas

Great hotel! With great attention to details. The staff is super friendly and kind. Well located, you can walk from the hotel to the old town without taking a taxi. Bedroom is lovely and wide, so is the bathroom! Breakfast is great too, a lot of choice. The pool area is nice but the water a little bit cold. We really enjoyed our stay at The Rim resort

This hotel is perfect! Great location. Terrific service & very clean. The reason I gave 4 strars is bc the mini fridge in our room was a little noisy. Highly recommend.
