“This place is sensational - the view, the serenity, the monkeys! . Even though comms with the hotel can be challenging, I would recommend over and over again. Such an idyllic place. Definitely pay for the upgrade however bear in mind that it all closes at 8.30pm which is a little strange. Had I known I would have brought my own supplies for a few balcony drinks. Staff accommodated gluten free well, except for breakfast where there was no bread. Not the end of the world but a bit surprising given……

“We booked a villa. The scenery was beautiful, the resort had numerous issues which affected our stay. The toilet/shower doors were very difficult to close due to warping and lack of maintenance. The front light didn't work, so the room was dark. The air-conditioning hardly worked and only barely managed to keep the room cool at night (between 8pm and 6am). During the day the air conditioner was so poor that it was cooler outside than inside. The entire time you're at the resort you are being……

Avons également réservé les transferts en mini-van. La chambre était propre avec une très jolie vue. Une peu bruyante car située sous la terrasse du petit déjeuner. Idéale pour les lève-tôt !”

“Overall an excellent stay with great helpful staff, great food, and an amazing view! Navigating the incline to the pool is worth it after a long day, but might be challenging for some folk. A little ways away from the main strip with all the bars and easy access to the park, but absolutely worth it for the peace and quiet.”
