“第一次体验不同的住宿体验，感觉还是非常的不适应。酒店没有早餐，需要吃什么要自己做。酒店的吃住行工作人员可以帮忙代办，费用会比自己去订的要高一些，酒店任何配套都没有，所有的配套服务都是外包的，就是上门spa也是外面路上找来的人。这次唯一一觉得不错的，就是有一个独立的泳池，酒店并不靠海，所以这个泳池还是必须的。总之，之后不会再定了，心太累，虽然酒店给了电话和微信，但是他们并不是24小时有人在的，需要帮忙的时候，往往找不到人。”

“My husband and 3 children stayed here for 5 nights at the end of March. Everything about this villa was amazing! The villa was huge, clean, and better than any 5 star hotel. The customer service was the besr that I have ever experienced. They came every day to clean the villa and bring a 5 gallon water jug for the water cooler and fresh ice. We had chefs come one evening and it was the best meal we had in Thailand - and there was so much food that it fed us for days! And probably the best part……

“This hotel is a bit far from Ao Nang city centre but with the shuttle bus service, it just takes less than 10 min to get there, so it's not a problem at all. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room is clean and tidy, the pool is larger than I expected and it's very clean too. Breakfast was served in room but it was not cooked at the spot. Some of the food was a bit cold already. Overall speaking, I'm very happy with the stay here.”

“If your looking for a camping lifestyle then stay here. We stayed in one of the top level A frames and had a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend to bring your own snacks and drinks as well as food if you are a picky eater or have dietary restrictions as the menu is very limited and there are only certain hours to order food. It is a bit out of the way so be prepared for that but if you want peace and quiet away from the crowds this is the place. Lovely beach practically private to walk……

“We really enjoyed a lot in this villa. Free shuttle (2ways return) to the beach everyday before 6pm is really awesome! Easy to call car because they provided a phone for us to communicate with the receptionist anytime. Great accommodation and you’ll got everything you need to stay inside a villa! “From the moment of check-in to when we checked out. The entire staff pandered to our every wish, On the second day it looked like one of the tires on my car was low. One of staff actually used a Bicycle Pump to top up the air. He then took me a local tire repair shop and got it fixed very cheap. The next day he came back and asked f all was well. The room was impeccable. The free shuttle to take you anywhere you wanted to go and return was a very nice touch. Would HIGHLY recommend the LUX……
