I lost money in my hotel room, and the response from the hotel is disappoiting. “I think this hotel is kinda overrated. I wouldn't stay at this place again for the price I paid. My room was the standard garden view and my bed was not clean. Pillows were wet and smell. I am sure either they didn't wait until they are dry to put the cases on. The AC was leaking water on my bed and the bathroom was very nasty.”

“Excellent hotel and very friendly staff. Probably the best view in the entire island! We were very surprised at how quiet the hotel was despite being on the pier.
Breakfast was disappointing, we require a halal diet which was not available (despite majority of residents of PhiPhi being Muslim!) - we found that there were minimal vegetarian options, but whatever was available was tasty.
I would stay here again purely because of the view, rooms and staff”

“This was an amazing experience. The rooms are beautiful, the beds comfy and great pillows which I have found to be a rarity in Thailand. The breakfast buffet was the only slight letdown as it was usually cold but the rest of the food was delicious.
