While everthing was great when I was checked in, the other staffs in the morning was sucks To store your luggage when you checked in out you will be charged $5 RM dollar which is not making any sense …. I was transferring here for just a few hours to stop so I decided to only use credit card or Apple Pay to pay easier . I asked the staffs that I can only pay by credit card as I paid the same deposit in exactly here at the lobby but she doesn’t understand what I meant and still helped to take my luggage kept. So I supposed she understood as I explained that I can only pay by card and she said I can pay when I were back. When I got back here to take my luggage - a guy ( he said he is the manager here) said I must pay by cash and I explained again that I was just transferring here without any Malaysia dollar but US dollar and credit card . He said NO and also said why you don’t exchange money -That’s my business actually not his business …… also i explained that I can pay by cash in US dollar which is the only I have . Then I give him $10 UD dollar and he just took it without any changes . I would not recommend to any tourists or people who transfer here. I paid $ 10 dollars to just keep my luggage for a hour and that service is not included to the rate of my room.

I do not, cannot recommend this property/hotel to anybody. I am not sure it is a hotel as such. It is groups of rooms managed by single individuals that you deal with on a web site the Chinese WeChat, or What Apps during your stay. Very impersonal and unfriendly. A security deposit is required by a very unprofessional individual that is the essence of being unprofessional actually overbearing and threatening. Good luck if you choose this location, it is far from the description provided by Expedia. Yes somewhat clean. Staff? What staff? Family friendly? Absolutely nothing connected to such friendliness. Pools, Yes 2 perhaps 3. Nice pools.without question.

1. The apartment is located near Petronas Towers. There are 5 lifts serving the tower, so no long hours waiting as complaint by others in other premises . 2. Modern Interior, quiet, clean room, large (8 feet wide king) comfy beds in MBR, partial view of Petronas, spectacular roof view with unobstructed view of Petronas Towers right in front. 3. Speedy check in and no hassle at checkout, speedy attendance to fixing loose basin tap, 4. 12 minutes walk to Petronas Towers, 5. Downside is lack of local eateries around, but there are a few restaurants under the tower footprint or you can walk to Suria Mall to explore other exquisite meals.
