  • About this space
    Located in Downtown, Bandera, Texas and one street over from the world famous 11th St. Cowboy Bar. Side A of the Bungalow sleeps 3 guests total. One private bedroom with a Queen Bed (linens provided) and Dish TV. Sitting Area with a Twin Sofa Sleeper. Bathroom with Shower (towels provided). Full Kitchen with Dining Table. Plenty of parking. No Pets. No Smoking. Side B may also be rented during your stay. Each Side has their own private entrances and parking.
    The space
    Right on 10th St. just one street over from the famous 11th St. Cowboy Bar. The Bungalow Side A sleeps 3 guests. This listing is for Side A only. Side B is also for rent. Both sides have private entrances. The only time you would see the other guest is if they're outside the house.

So cute and perfect for Bandera. We went to the Tracy Byrd Concert at 11th Street and this was the perfect place to stay. Planning to do more concerts and hope this location is available.

Veterans Day 2023

Reserved this place for Unit reunion and Veterans Day, great location to 11st Cowboy Bar and central Bandera. Everything is in walking distance. Quiet and comfy! Would definitely stay here again.

Not a winter place

Insufficient heat to be rented when temperatures are in the 20s and 30 at night. One space heater for three room plus bathroom place. Some things are oddly placed and require a lot of searching. Instructions would be welcome. On the positive side the bed was comfortable in the master bedroom and the place is charming and well located. Very adequate utensils are available. It could’ve been a bit more fresh coffee available. I would not rent this again in cold weather months.

MICE POOP IN THE BED....MICE POOP IN THE BED!!! If I could leave negative stars, I would! Several issues that the host is unresponsive to include: the key opens both sides A & B so this means the neighbors had access to my place and I had access to theirs (they helped me unlock my door upon arrival because the host was not responsive); I found mice poop in the bed (found by placing my hand in a huge pile when I moved a pillow) again the host is unresponsive to this. The shower has the slowest drain so you will be standing in shower water, the bathroom sink leaks so don't place your items in the sink. The heat and air is inadequate for the size of the place. There are only 2 space heaters. Ants in the kitchen. No curtains on the front door or window so people can look in. NO PRIVACY. The living room door is adjacent to side B bedroom. YOU CAN HEAR THE NEIGHBORS THROUGH THE DOOR! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

Arrived after a 5hr drive to no key in box… host came as fast as she could w another key. Bathroom sink is leaking from faucet, didn’t know it was window units. Bed was comfortable. Host was great.
