Live Oak Ranch House

Welcome to Live Oak House! Bring the whole family to this brand new farm house with lots of room for fun. Explore our working 200+ acre regenerative farm and enjoy the view of the valley. It's the perfect getaway, while still only a short drive to all the action in downtown Bandera.
The Space:
This four bedroom two bath house features a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom that includes a soaking tub and separate shower. The other three rooms have a queen bed and private closet. The bedrooms share a 2nd full bathroom. Our open floorpan includes a modern kitchen with all the essentials, a dining area and a large living space with television. The house also includes an outdoor space with a grill and fire pit.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full house and outdoor space. Feel free to explore the 200 acres and visit the animals, just don't open any gates or enter any animal enclosures.

The road from our front gate to this house is unpaved and rocky at points. We do not recommend low profile vehicles drive on this road.

Peaceful getaway

This property is absolutely beautiful! We really enjoyed sitting on the porch and taking in the views and enjoying some peace and quiet. The house is clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The farm dogs were a hit with our kids, and they loved being able to explore the farm!

Relaxing stay

We were in town for a friends wedding. The property is close to conveniences but far enough away that you have a sense of peace. The home is super clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. The A/C was awesome and a welcome relief from the heat. The ranch dogs were super friendly as well
