Staff was super helpful and accommodating!! Everyone was so sweet

Housekeeping could’ve done better, no attention to details about each room requirements. We had asked for toilet paper. They didn’t store the fresh drinking water & towels. Our pillows had a strong body/ hair odour smell. I told the housekeeper but she didn’t quite understand, only changed the pillowcases. They are currently doing refurbishing for the whole block and the one opposite us. Most of them are empty. Average breakfast, 8+ in the morning they already ran out out soya milk. The second morning, they couldn’t make the noodle soup because they didn’t have gas as what the waitress told me. Food quality was average and boring. Nice pool.

I had an unforgettable stay at Keemala. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely immersed in a peaceful, private atmosphere. His calm presence and guidance created such a grounding, peaceful experience and added a meaningful wellness element to my trip. Keemala is so much more than a hotel—it’s a retreat for the mind and body. I left feeling relaxed, recharged, and already wanting to come back.
