“The rooms are clean, but the swimming pool may be the dirtyest in the Gambia. Beds are comfortable Location is very good, directly at the beautiful Kotu Beach. We didn't try the hotel restaurant or beach bar this year, due to bleak experiences last year. Service at the hotel is ok, but many of the employees seem to not like their jobs very much. Nobody are hostile, but they are not very eager either. We may choose the same hotel again, but probably not. ”

“There are not enough word to describe my horrendous experience with this establishment. Firstly, upon check my reservation was incorrect and missing. Secondly, some of the staff is great but the manager Omar is a cheat and unethical. I, unfortunately needed to extend my stay due to health issues and had intentions of booking online but was manipulated by him to book with him which he significantly increased the price which was utterly unacceptable and different from online booking. “This hotel isn’t an excellent stay what so ever especially for the price. The breakfast selection isn’t all that great. The room needs a lot of maintenance (clean the doors remove worn out mirrors the the paint job is terrible and the most simplest thing no washing cloth) and you can’t take breakfast back to your room… and also like to add that. The room next to me was being remodeled they were banging on the wall all day as if my room wasn’t being occupied. I did complain and they stopped the……
