"The cabin is small but cozy and it is enough for a cuple. The place is quiet and with enough privacy. The surroundings are beatiful, you have a really nice view of the lake on the front and in the back you have a green field with sheeps grazing. The booth has all you need except for wifi. The price was right for what we got. The communication with the owner was good enough so everything went ok. Recommended 100%."

"Lovely staff. Warm and welcoming place. Very clean. a bit dated, moldy windows and a moldy spot on the ceiling. Would stay here again. Perfect location for those traveling by train."

"Average stay in a tucked away room. The ceilings were low and I had to duck to get through the room doorway. Additionally, there were many stairs in the building, and several between the room and the bathroom. Some dirt here and there, and a few spots on the linens, but an average stay. Our room had a skylight."

"Arrived to be told that we could not park at the hotel because there was no room, despite spaces being evident. After being offered the option of parking in a public car park a short walk away we declined this option and after some more discussion with the receptionist we eventually got agreement that we could park outside. Our room was on the top floor of the hotel. The lift was broken for the duration of our stay so we had to climb three flights of stairs to get to the room (the staff did take our case up to the room for us). The room looked tired and had obvious signs of damp ingress next to the window, Bathroom fittings were loose and showed signs of rust. The window support catch was broken on one side and the frame was rotting. The whole hotel had a run down look and building work was taking place during our stay. The breakfast buffet was average (one morning the milk had gone off!), though the staff were pleasant and cheerful. The final insult was to be asked to pay £10 for each night we had parked at the hotel. Stay somewhere else!"
