Good location off the main street but still walking distance to a lot of things and right by the metro for easy travel. Great check in process and very responsive host. Good for larger groups.

Very convenient

We were looking for a place that could accommodate a group of 6 this place was good for that, also very convenient location as we could to the Rambla everyday walk to restaurants, shows and museums we wanted to visit. Very walkable to everything. Highly recommended

Great Location and Beautiful Rooms

The property is extremely cleanly and in great condition. The location was walkable to many restaurants, stores as well as markets. Right next to La Ramblas and easy to access. Something to keep in mind is that finding taxis can take upwards of 10 minutes and require ~200m of walking.

Perfect to meet the city of barcelona

We booked the flat 5 days. The central location is perfect, so we can walk to all place of interest. Many restaurant, bars, bakery and 24h shops near by the house in the heart of barcelona.

Centralized Location and centralized air conditioning

The apartment is centrally located and has central air conditioning! University subway station is minutes away and makes it convenient to get around town. The newly renovated finishes are beautiful! We love how clean the bathrooms and kitchen areas are. The bedrooms are also great because they are relatively similar in size and every room can fit two people. Wonderful apartment in perfect location

The apartment was perfect for our party of five and everything was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent for exploring Barcelona with plentiful restaurants and Metro nearby. Betty Fords is recommended for a lively experience with good food but our favourites have to be Teresa Carles vegetarian restaurant and her Flax and Kale flexitarian restaurant. Both are highly recommended and five minutes away from the apartment. Eduard is a pleasure to communicate with and extremely helpful with local information. We had a delightful stay and can highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Eduard.

I would look for another option.

The unit we stayed in is located on the third floor, but it feels more like a sixth-floor walk-up. There is a small elevator, but it can only accommodate up to three people. The apartment walls are very thin—you can hear almost everything from the neighboring units and the street below. Nighttime noise from both the street and neighbors can be loud enough to disrupt sleep.The location of the apartment felt questionable. Both our Tuk Tuk driver and private tour guide commented on the safety and overall quality of the area.There were also some issues with the amenities. One of the bath towels was stained, and the landlord was unable to provide additional blankets beyond the single extra one already in the unit.In my opinion, I would look at other options.

Great for families

The good: Location, location, location. Walking distance to several good restaurants and cafes, 2 metro stations, many bus stops, and Las Ramblas. 4 bedroom, 3 bath was perfect for our family - all the adults had their own bathroom, and our daughter got her own room. The daily housekeeping was a nice touch. The bad: Our apartment was on the "2nd" floor. You come in at ground level and have to go up 1/2 a flight of stairs to get to the small (2 person) lift. Then there is a floor for the laundry room, then 1, then 2. This isn't a deal breaker, but it's hard with a large group with luggage coming in, and my mother has a knee injury and needed the elevator which we couldn't take together. Also, the front bedroom (by the living room) - I think does not have a heating vent. It got very cold at night, but only in that room. After a couple of nights we left the door open and the heat regulated itself. The good far outweighs the bad, and we would definitely stay again.

The staff was very accomodating as we arrived very early. We were allowed to leave our luggage at the apartment while the cleaning ladies worked to clean the apartment, which they were excellent at doing. Matteo came to the apartment once cleaning was done and went over a map explaining several places to visit.As my wife and I are accustomed to sleeping on a king-size bed, I was concerned about the size of the our bed. We would say it was closer to a queen size bed versus a double. Very comfortable.Also I had heard the A/C in some places might not be like what we are accustomed to and I have difficulty sleeping in warm temperatures. We had the thermostat set on 23C and it was great.Very modern design, well equipped. Very quiet, never noticed any outside noise/traffic.Elevator was very small. You do have to go up several steps to get to it, but not bad. It could take a few trips to get everything up.It is several minute walk to the bus stop, but area is very flat, no hills to climb.The wifi worked well, no issues. We did not watch TV.Bathrooms all good, no issues.We did have a power outage in our unit one evening. We checked breakers, all seemed good. Was able to get hold of someone, I do not recall who, at number provided for VRBO contact. They answered right away and suggeste turning alll breakers off and then turn all back on. That worked.Lastly they provided us 3 keys to the unit which was very helpful.Highly recommend!

Going back to our roots.

My family and I were in Barcelona visiting the birthplace of our grandmother. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was clean, beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. The AC worked great, washer and dryer are on the ground floor of the building but free of charge. Location was good, a 7 minute walk to Placa Catalunya and a 3 minute walk to a Metro station. The staff was great to work with, Mateo met us at the rental when we arrived and went over everything with us. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend others do the same.

Spacious 4 room, 3 full bath apt.

Well equipped and spacious for our family of four. We ate in two nights and had everything we needed. We did a laundry and had no issues with the wash, but the dryer did not dry the clothes quickly.

Great apartment, very helpful manager

Great apartment within walking distance of nearly everything (although I walk with crutches so I took taxis). Very helpful management. Note that there are stairs so not suitable if you're a wheelchair user. 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms meant there was plenty of room for us all. Barcelona is an amazing place to visit, and this is a great base to visit it from.

Great Apartment

The staff was amazing and very quick to respond to any questions. We paid half owed online and the other half when we arrived. I was nervous about this, but everything went smooth. They charged the exact amount owed and, overall, it seemed like a very reputable company to deal with. The neighborhood was a lower middle-class area but felt safe with many food options. And we were very close to many tourist sites. Also, the building seemed very secure with cameras everywhere and a locked entrance to the building. We did stay over 2 weeks so a vacuum in the unit would have been nice given the maids do not clean the floors or exchange bath towels. Also an extra set of towel per person would have been nice as it would be easier to wash them. Other reviews have mentioned the noise and that is a thing. You do hear the people above you walking and banging around. But there’s a small open space along the length of the apartment and another building of apartments the other side so you hear the yelling and parties going on over there. Regardless of a few small issues, I loved the space for a family and the colorful neighborhood and this company. I would definitely stay again:)
