Lots of space, nice interior and comfortable furniture and beds. The apartment was very clean, the location is very good with lots of restaurants around and the underground is just around the corner. We were allowed to leave our luggage at the apartment while the cleaning ladies worked to clean the apartment, which they were excellent at doing. Matteo came to the apartment once cleaning was done and went over a map explaining several places to visit.As my wife and I are accustomed to sleeping on a king-size bed, I was concerned about the size of the our bed. We would say it was closer to a queen size bed versus a double. Very comfortable.Also I had heard the A/C in some places might not be like what we are accustomed to and I have difficulty sleeping in warm temperatures. We had the thermostat set on 23C and it was great.Very modern design, well equipped. Very quiet, never noticed any outside noise/traffic.Elevator was very small. You do have to go up several steps to get to it, but not bad. It could take a few trips to get everything up.It is several minute walk to the bus stop, but area is very flat, no hills to climb.The wifi worked well, no issues. We did not watch TV.Bathrooms all good, no issues.We did have a power outage in our unit one evening. We checked breakers, all seemed good. Was able to get hold of someone, I do not recall who, at number provided for VRBO contact. They answered right away and suggeste turning alll breakers off and then turn all back on. My family and I were in Barcelona visiting the birthplace of our grandmother. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was clean, beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. The AC worked great, washer and dryer are on the ground floor of the building but free of charge. Location was good, a 7 minute walk to Placa Catalunya and a 3 minute walk to a Metro station. The staff was great to work with, Mateo met us at the rental when we arrived and went over everything with us. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend others do the same. ##### Leslie G.
